Composed of graduates from Juilliard and Yale, the Paumanok Trio is establishing itself as one of the most dynamic piano trios in New York. Each individual artist is an accomplished musician, who has performed as a soloist with international orchestras and in festivals and concert halls throughout the world. This year the trio will perform in New York, Eastern Long Island, New Jersey, and up and down the East Coast. The Paumanok Trio's program for 2010 features works by Beethoven, Ravel, Dvorák, and Damon Ferrante’s trio, "Dreaming Cities", which is inspired by Italo Calvino's literary works.
