For 2011 and 2012, Steeplechase Arts & Productions is presenting concerts featuring pianists Sheng-Yuan Kuan and Mei Rui in performances of thrilling and sublime music from the last four centuries.

Born in Taipei, Taiwan, pianist Sheng-Yuan Kuan holds degrees from the Yale School of Music and the Manhattan School of Music, and is a doctoral candidate at the Peabody Institute. To read more about Sheng-Yuan, click here.

Mei Rui is an internationally award-winning concert pianist, an avid chamber musician, a dedicated piano teacher of over 30 students, and Adjunct Professor at the Sophie Davis Biomedical School at the City University of New York, where she lectures in both Organic and General Chemistry.
